Products All DailyFresh products are perishable, chilled food items. Product images are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you accept the delivery conditions outlined therein, including the requirement for someone to be present at delivery.

Limitation of Liability Heavenly Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
